Our Classic Ensembles feature a varied repertoire and many choices of instrumentalists – everything from famed baroque and classical masterpieces by Bach, Mozart and Beethoven, through the Romantic music of Schubert, Chopin and many more. Classics from the Salon Era through our Jazz repertoire, music from film and broadway and presenting today’s music in our own suave way!

We perform at weddings across Brisbane and the South-East, from the ceremony through to the drinks reception and dinner. Our groups aim to enhance the day with music that complements the setting without drawing attention away from it. The Mood Music Orchestra was created to provide music for elegant, happy & festive occasions. This unique ensemble offers Queenslander’s the chance to hire a small orchestra for an Elegant Event.
Our Ensemble is diverse in its repertoire. From the Baroque Era, with Handel, Bach and Vivaldi to Classics from the Pen of Mozart, Beethoven and the Romantics. Romantics we choose to play include Schubert, Mendelssohn, Strauss and Chopin. Continental classics from France and Italy & fabulous Latin Tunes like Tico Tico and Tequila are always fun to include in the set list. We perform a great mix of Tangos from very early Gardel to Astor Piazzolla.
Performing famous songs from each era is a speciality, played in our own style. Salon Musik is also featured, as this was the history of such ensembles and we include the classics of the Salon Era on our repertoire list. You can hear Classic Rock tunes by the Beatles and the Rolling Stones, and your favourite film music from the 50s and 60s and beyond. We also touch on the wonderful music from Music Theatre – think My Fair Lady and Les Miserables – to name a few. We have added an extensive array of Contemporary Pop – Ed Sheehan, Bruno Mars, Lady Gaga, and Sam Smith, to name a few – performed in our own unique way.
