About TheBand
Classical, jazz, ambient, show tunes, flamenco, pop, or whatever your event requires, our solo pianists and guitarists will present it with style and in a way that accentuates your event instead of distracting from it. Pianists include Mood Music’s Musical Director Kathy Sander, Associate – Bryan Pearson, Sammy Pace and Julian Wade. Guitarists include Campbell Ross, Chloe Hasson, Andre Reginato, with Domenico Taraborrelli and Ricardo Bona on Accordion.
We also offer a more contemporary artist, Mary Lenz – Mary blends pop, soul & jazz into an easy listening, warm, acoustic sound. Her soulful & emotive voice is the perfect accompaniment to special occasions & intimate events, and her favourite setting is one in which she can help to elevate ambiance and create a feel good atmosphere.. Mary’s unique tone & style has moved audiences all over the UK, Italy, Germany, and Australia, and she has vast experience performing in many settings, including: wedding ceremonies / canapé hour, corporate events, cocktail parties, cafes & restaurants, memorial services and more., and we are very happy to book her in combination with Mood Music Musicians as a full wedding package.
We have performed at countless weddings & high profile events in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne over the past 25 years. We have been able to exceed the needs of some very demanding clients. It is always preferable for our pianists to perform on a grand piano at the venue but we can also provide a quality portable piano for those venues without a piano on site. Guitarists and Accordionists are fully self-contained.
